Do I really need to book 24h in advance?
Yes. Unlike taxi apps, we prepare a specific car and chauffeur just for you. This ensures the vehicle is freshly cleaned, fully charged, and the chauffeur is briefed on your route before you even step out.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 3 hours may incur a 50% fee. From our side, we have a strict "Zero Cancellation" guarantee.
Are there waiting charges if I am late?
We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for all pickups (30 minutes for airport arrivals). Beyond that, a nominal waiting fee applies to compensate the chauffeur. We recommend sharing your flight details so we can adjust arrival times automatically.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real-time. If your landing is delayed, our system updates the chauffeur’s schedule automatically. He will be waiting for you when you land, no matter how late, at no extra cost.
Where do I meet the driver at Mumbai Airport?
For Mumbai T2 arrivals, our chauffeur will wait at the designated premium parking zone (typically P4-P10). We will share the exact pillar number and chauffeur contact details via WhatsApp 30 minutes before your landing.
Is the pricing truly all-inclusive?
Yes. The quoted fare covers the luxury car, professional chauffeur, fuel/charging, state taxes, and toll charges. The only exclusion is airport parking charges, which are payable at actuals if required.
I have a lot of luggage. Will it fit?
Absolutely. The Kia Carens EV is a spacious MPV. With the rear row folded, it comfortably holds 3 large check-in suitcases and 2 cabin bags without compromising your seating comfort.
Can I book for trips to Lonavala/Mahabaleshwar?
Currently, we specialize strictly in Pune Local Commutes and Pune-Mumbai Airport Transfers. Custom outstation requests can be discussed with our concierge team on a case-by-case basis.

Welcome to SilentMiles. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Policy
To ensure our premium standards, all bookings should ideally be made at least 24 hours in advance. Instant bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking advance or full payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 3 hours before pickup: 100% Refund.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup: 50% Cancellation Fee.
- No-show: 100% Fee (No Refund).
3. Passenger Conduct
To maintain the hygiene and quality of our fleet:
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by passengers will be charged at actuals for restoration.
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to unruly or intoxicated passengers.
4. Liability
SilentMiles strives for punctuality. However, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, extreme weather, or unforeseen traffic conditions. In such rare cases, our liability is limited to a full refund of the trip fare.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
